How to Prepare for You Session?
Please make sure you are well hydrated prior to your session. Hydration is essential of an effective biofeedback session because water enhances the conductivity of the body's energy fields, allowing the system to accurately assess and address imbalances. Proper hydration ensures that the body's cells and tissues are receptive to the subtle energy frequencies emitted by the device. Dehydration can create resistance in the body's energetic pathways, potentially reducing the system's ability to detect and correct stressors. Staying well-hydrated optimizes the flow of energy and information, improving the overall effectiveness of the session.

What to Expect During My Session?
For in-person sessions, we will complete an in-take form, photo and input your data into the system. You'll be asked to remove all metal such as belts and jewelry. A 5-point harness will be placed on your forehead, wrists and ankles. You will be facing a television screen with the option to view the session or watch relaxing brainwave entrainment videos/music. Many clients report feeling a heavy sensation like a weighted blanket, different physical sensations and flutters, drowsiness and a many experience a nice relaxing nap.
For remote sessions, we will complete the in-take over the phone or by email. We can do the biofeedback session via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom, with your participation, or at a time you are relaxing or even while you sleep. Remote sessions are ideal for clients who live elsewhere, small children and pets.

How Will I Feel Following My Session?
After a session with The LIFE System, clients often report feeling more relaxed, balanced, and mentally clear. Some may experience immediate improvements in mood, reduced stress, or a sense of lightness. Others might notice gradual changes, such as better sleep, increased energy, or a reduction in physical discomfort over the following days. How Many Sessions are Recommended?
The optimal number of sessions with The LIFE System varies depending on individual needs and wellness goals. Many stressors will balance after just one session. For general stress management and maintenance, 4–6 sessions are often recommended, spaced about 1–2 weeks apart to allow the body time to integrate the energetic adjustments. For more chronic issues or deeper imbalances, a longer-term plan of weekly sessions may be beneficial, gradually transitioning to biweekly or monthly as improvements are sustained. Each session plan should be tailored to the client’s specific circumstances, with regular assessments to adjust frequency and duration as needed.
