The ENERGY4LIFE Bioenergetics Wellness Scan provides the comprehensive report I felt was lacking from the biofeedback system—a detailed document for clients to review and reflect upon. At the end of biofeedback sessions, many clients requested a report or printout. Although the LIFE System produces a brief report on acute stressors, it doesn't capture the considerable depth of the session. I take notes during biofeedback sessions to reference in future client sessions and reassure my clients that they don't need to focus on what they already balanced in the session by viewing it in a report. However, without something to review after you've left the session, it's easy to slip back into old pattern and end up right where you started.
The first time I reviewed my personal Bioenergetics Wellness Scan (BWS), I compared it while doing a biofeedback session on myself. I was impressed by the consistency across the two platforms. Although on a broader scale of only 150 data points, the insights from the BWS aligned with what I was seeing on the biofeedback session. Alternatively, I can get to a much more micro level with over 7,000 indicators on the biofeedback system and it specifies acute vs chronic stressors, which the BWS does not.
From a professional standpoint, the LIFE System excels in biofeedback and stress management. Nonetheless, the BWS offers extensive information, lifestyle suggestions, root causes, and life path guidance to enhance my biofeedback sessions for clients. When combined with ENERGY4LIFE's Infoceutical support, miHealth device and forthcoming wearable technology that continually scans, detects, and corrects signals to the body, I am convinced this combination is unbeatable!
Funny aside: 2015 I had a club member ask if I could take his two friends from Florida on a trail run while the rest of the group played golf. He told me to run them into the ground, and I knew exactly the trail. When they showed up in Ironman and Ragnar Relay race t-shirts, I knew I was in for it, too! In October 2024 at the Zenergy Biohacking conference, I was re-introduced to Jeff, now the manufacturer of the E4L tech, photographed below at the summit of our run.
I love a good alignment!
